8" × 10" × 1" Wool Needle Felting Pad

This premium wool felting pad provides a firm, durable surface for all of your needle felting projects. The dense wool construction allows the needles to penetrate the fibers while helping to protect the needle tips from damage. Unlike foam, a wool pad lasts much longer and offers a smoother, more enjoyable felting experience.

The pad measures 8" × 10" × 1", making it an ideal size for larger projects while still being easy to transport and store.

Tips for Best Results

• Place fabric or project onto pad
• Use straight up-and-down motions, keeping the needle at the same angle as it enters and exits the wool.
• Rotate your project as needed rather than angling the needle.

Important: The pad is intentionally firm when new and will soften slightly with use. During the first few felting sessions, use lighter, more controlled needle punches to avoid placing excessive stress on your needles. As the pad breaks in, it will become more forgiving and comfortable to work on, helping reduce the risk of needle breakage.
